Susan is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. Her family is originally from the Great Smoky Mountains and the mountains have always called to her. She is retired as an advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault at a local non-profit agency. In her free time, she makes pottery and pursues her love of photography.

Ed is a retired Registered Nurse and a graduate of NC State University. A native of Maggie Valley, NC he has always loved to explore the back roads of the region looking for the perfect photo. He is a self-taught photographer who prides himself on continuing to learn and explore new techniques to capture realistic yet unique images.
